About Us – Our Story
Naomi and myself love watchmaking.
It’s this passion that drives us to provide our clients with the best possible service.
Everyday we experience new challenges, no two jobs are the same in the horological miniature world we live in.
But you know, its not only these mechanical marvels that we enjoy, its the people we meet in the store, the people we talk to on the phone, the people like you.
That’s right. Without you, our days are empty. A watch without an owner is nothing, but put the two together and everything comes to life.
The stories, the loyalty, the enjoyment. A watch is so much more than an object, its a good friend, telling you exactly what you need to know, when you want to know it.
Now, what can we tell you about ourselves.
Naomi and myself were married in 1996, we have four beautiful children.
We both are fully qualified watchmakers and studied at Ultimo in Sydney.
Our personal interests include our family, road cycling, our 1934 Ford car and gardening.
O.K. enough about us, lets talk about our business , our goals and dreams.
We provide the best watchmaking service available in Australia today.
This has been our goal from the start and we have achieved and earned this status over and over again.
Our dreams, well thats easy, Naomi and myself came to the conclusion long ago that due to a world wide shortage of watchmakers that to service the demand, the industry needs a national repair centre, that can undertake all aspects of watchmaking, from all mechanical complications, quartz movement exchanges to routine battery changes.
This is where we come in, our business is set up to do everything, all in house by fully qualified watchmakers, who are actually real people, that you can talk to and who can answer any technical question you have.
Now, you’re probably thinking, these are without a doubt the people I need to undertake my work, and no one here would disagree, you are completely right.
But how do I get my watch to these people and finally get the job done properly?
Distance is no longer a problem, as you can see these words are reaching you right now, from us to you.
Watches are small, they fit inside small boxes and padded bags, you can mail them to us.
It’s that simple, download the service form, register your parcel, when your watch arrives you will be notified and issued a quote.
Naomi and myself are available to answer all questions and all our labour is covered by a 12 months warranty.
On completion your watch will be returned by registered mail to your preferred address.
We hope you have enjoyed our brief introduction to the lives of a husband and wife watchmaking team, probably the only one of its kind in Australia.
What we hope you enjoy more than anything though, is that your experience in dealing with us is as satisfying and rewarding as our days servicing, restoring and repairing your precious timekeepers.
